prices are all inclusive of VAT, Tax, Water, electricity, gas rates and parking

Apartment
deposit 50,00 (which will be given back after damages and breakages check) ·

Services
Laundrette,
open airs warms shower, barbecue, shaded car park and kinder garden. Regulations·
Bookings
will be accepted on receiving of a payment of 30% of the total amount. ·
The
apartment is available at 17:00 of the Saturday arrival. ·
In
order to avoid deduction from deposit, the guests will check that the Apartment
list is correct. ·
The
Olimpia Residence direction will regularly check that the number of guests are
authorised to lodge in the apartment and verify that are the same as the booking
form ·
Keys
