10% off on the week between the 24/07 and the 31/07 if combined with the previous or following week.

Extra costs to be paid at the arrival

·        Apartment deposit € 50,00 (which will be given back after damages and breakage’s check)

·        Small pets fee: € 50,00 to disinfect the apartment.

Services

Bed linen on requests: € 8,00 per person a week (bathroom and kitchen linen not available)

Laundrette, open airs warms shower, barbecue, shaded car park and kinder garden.

Regulations

·        Bookings will be accepted on receiving of a payment of 30% of the total amount.

·        The apartment is available at 17:00 of the Saturday arrival.

·        In order to avoid deduction from deposit, the guests will check that the Apartment list is correct.

·        The Olimpia Residence direction will regularly check that the number of guests are authorised to lodge in the apartment and verify that are the same as the booking form

·        Keys for the apartment has to be returned by 9:00 am of the Saturday leaving.

Apartments description

They are all furnished in simple Mediterranean style and fully aquipped with kitchen, fridge e and TV.

Studio apartment (for two people): Kitchen with veranda, Bathroom/shower and double bed.

One bed apartment (for four people): regular kitchen/living room with sofa bed and veranda, bathroom/shower and bedroom with double bed.

Two bed apartment (for four people): medium kitchen/living room with sofa bed and veranda, bathroom/shower, main bedroom with double bed and bedroom with two ingle beds.

Two bed apartment (for six people): large kitchen/living room with sofa bed and veranda, bathroom/shower, bedroom with double bed and bedroom with two single beds.
